Jako London are proud to announce a new partnership introducing Lenù Kitchen brought to you by Sicilian Mastermind Chef, Carmelo Carnevale and Media Director, Franca Bongiorno Roberts.  


Chef Carmelo, owner of ChefMed has over 30 years' experience at the highest levels in the culinary world together with business partner Franca Bongiorno Roberts where they provide information / consultation on the Mediterranean diet and deliver some of the most inspirational menus.

Carmelo’s Career has taken him Worldwide – and to some of London’s leading restaurants and Members Private Clubs, Harry’s Bar and Novikov among them.

Most recently, he was Executive Regional Chef for the 5-star Aman Resorts for Europe, Morocco and China receiving rave reviews and awards for his authentic but accessible Italian dishes.

For the last five years he has been elected President of the Italian Professional Chefs Association for the United Kingdom.


Lenù kitchen will also be designing special bespoke menus according to the events held at Jako, concentrating on the client’s wishes and tastes.
